If you receive and email from the newsletter, and you do not wish to receive any more emails. You can request to be removed from the mailing list.

How do I remove myself from the Newsletter?

1) Scroll to the bottom of the email, at the bottom you should see a link saying unsubscribe from this list

2) Either click the link, or copy and paste the link into a web browser and go to that page.

3) You should be unsubscribed from the Newsletter. 

Alternatively you can contact us and request to be removed.
