Unlock the FM sound feature for certain Master System games. This will let you play Master System games on a Mega Drive and enhance the audio. 

Features:

• Compatible with Mega Drive / Genesis 1 and 2
• Compatible with the Multi Mega and the CDX
• Pause button on the front of the cartridge
• Slim is the same width as a Mega drive cart, unlike the original 1989 power base converter.
• Works with Master System games
• Works with the Master Everdrive
